Q: What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 2pm until Reception closes at 5pm. If you require a later check-in, please contact Reception on 07 5449 2644.

Check-out is by 10am.

Q: Do you require a security bond upon check-in?

We do not require a security bond. However, we do reqire a credit card number to be supplied by the guest checking in.

Q: Is after hours check-in available?

Reception is open until 5pm each night from Monday to Saturday. Reception closes at 2:00pm on Sundays.

If travel arrangements cannot ensure arrival by that time, please contact Reception prior to your arrival date on 07 5449 2644 to make arrangements for key collection.

Q: Can I have a late check-out?

Late check-outs may occasionally be arranged but depend on administrative arrangements that day. Please ask at Reception.

Reception hours:

Monday to Saturday 9:00am - 5:00pm. Please contact if arriving after hours.

Sunday 9:00am - 2:00pm. Please contact if arriving after hours.

Public Holidays - Reception closed.

Q: Can I book theme park tickets at reception?

There is a selection of brochures avaiable in Reception that give details of activities and tours avaiable within Noosa and surrounds. Reception staff can book these for you.

Services & Facilities FAQ's

General information about our accommodation services and on-site facilities.

Q: Is there Internet or WiFi access available?

Wifi is provided for all guests. For guests staying for less than 3 nights, a wifi pass with 500 megabytes of internet data will be provided. For guests staying for 3+ nights, a wifi pass with 1.5 gigabytes of internet data will be provided. All passes can be used by up to 5 devices. One pass per booking.

Wifi at the Resort is provided by SmartWifi and has a moderate cost associated. There are a number of options you can select. All packages extend for a period of 30 days so that your selection should be based upon the actual amount of data usage you require. Once a package is selcted for the apartment for your stay, all devices in that apartment have access under that package.

Q: What facilities do you have?

The Resort features a pool, spa, sauna, full-size tennis court and there is free access to a reputable gym within walking distance (conditions apply). Each apartment has ONE television. All televisions have free-to-air channels, and 12 Foxtel channels - 3 sports channels, movie channels, lifestyle, news, and entertainment. 

Of course, the penthouse apartments individually have a private rooftop terrace with an outdoor setting and their own heated spa.

Q: Is there car parking available?

There is an undercover carpark that accommodates one (1) vehicle per apartment and is numbered the same as your apartment. OUR UNDERGROUND CAR PARK IS ACCESSED VIA KATHERINA STREET. This parking is free of charge. Additional cars would need to be accommodated on the access streets enclosing the Resort (Noosa Drive or Katharina Street) where parking is unrestricted.

Q: Is all linen provided?

The apartments have all bedding supplied, together with bath towels, hand towels bath mats and face-washers plus a tea towel provided in the kitchen area. The Resort does NOT provide beach/swimming towels. Extra linen can be hired at Reception for a small fee.

Q: How often are the apartments serviced?

The apartments are designed as self-catering accommodation for your comfort and privacy. If your stay is longer than 7 days' duration, the apartment will be serviced weekly, or mid-way through your stay. This includes a change of all linen provided.

Q: Is the pool heated?

The swimming pool is heated to a balmy 27 degrees during the year. Of course, sustained hot weather/usage may raise that temperature a little during the hotter periods of Summer but our guests nonetheless seem to find it refreshing, particularly after spending a little time in the adjacent spa which is heated to a higher temperature.

General information about our location.

Q: How far away is the beach?

Noosa boasts a number of beaches. Main Beach is the predominant beach and is a North facing beach that parallels Hastings Street, which is a 550 metre stroll downhill. The beach is patrolled and we advise all guests to exercise safety in the surf and swim between the flags. Sunshine Beach (patrolled) and Sunrise Beach are both Easterly facing beaches that are just a short drive from the Resort.

Q: Are there shops or restaurants nearby?

There are many specialty shops and restaurants located on Hastings Street. Noosa Junction, a short stroll less than 200 meters from the Resort in the other direction, contains a few restaurants, several take-aways and a number of specialty shops, together with Coles supermarket and, nearer still, a large IGA. There is also a 7Eleven for 24 hour convenience and the Noosa Heads Post Office is also located there. Cinemas are also located in Noosa Junction. Less than 50 meters away is the family-friendly Reef Hotel which has an extensive bistro available for lunch and dinner.

Q: Is there public transport nearby?

Local bus routes follow Noosa Drive at the front of the Resort, outside of which there is a bustop on either side of the road.. The main transit bus centre is located in Noosa Junction.

Q: Where can I buy groceries locally?

A Coles Supermarket is located at Noosa Junction, as is a large IGA supermarket. For 24-hour convenience, there is a 7eleven located in the Junction as well.
